Good support starts withthe right match.
A support worker can have all the right skills and experience and still not be the right person for you. We take the time to get to know you before we introduce anyone.

Finding the right support can take a little time. We won’t rush the match just to fill a shift. We’d rather take the time to find someone who genuinely fits.
1
You get in touch
You can contact us yourself, or a family member, support coordinator or someone else can make a referral with you.
2
We get to know you
We have a conversation about you, what matters to you, the support you want and what you’re looking for in a worker.
3
We find your match
We look for someone who fits what you’re looking for. Where possible, you’ll have the chance to meet them before support starts.
4
Support starts
Your worker gets started and we check in early to see how things are going. If the match doesn’t feel right, you can tell us.
You get a say in who supports you.
The right match matters. Sometimes you meet someone and it just doesn’t feel like the right fit, and that’s okay.
You can tell us what’s working and what isn’t. If the match isn’t right, we’ll work with you to find someone who suits you better.
Tell us a little about what you’re looking for. We’ll take it from there.
